  1. June 18, 2020 – The company was founded in Changsha. Adhering to the philosophy of scientific, refined and efficient application of modern biodegradable materials, we are committed to providing high-quality, world-class premium biodegradable products for Chinese farmers.
  2. August 14, 2022 – The company successfully held a provincial-level distributor conference.
  3. September 2022 – The new office premises were officially put into operation.
  4. March 2, 2023 – A comprehensive corporate restructuring was implemented, encompassing adjustments to shareholder composition, senior management team, market entity type, business scope, registered address, and articles of association.
  5. September 26, 2023 – The company hosted a Core Customer High-Quality Development Forum themed “Seizing Opportunities with New Products and Empowering New Agricultural Services”. At the forum, the company clarified its future development strategy as the integration of “premium product offerings + professional technical services + digital marketing/new media operations”.
